തിരുവനന്തപുരം: വട്ടിപ്പലിശക്കാർ നടത്തുന്ന ചൂഷണത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ചെറുകിട കച്ചവടക്കാരെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ സഹകരണ വകുപ്പ് പുതിയ ദിവസവായ്പ പദ്ധതി ആരംഭിക്കുന്നു.
‘റീകൂപ്പ്’ എന്ന് പേരിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയിൽ ആയിരം രൂപ മുതൽ 50,000 രൂപ വരെ വായ്പ ലഭ്യമാകും.
വിതരണം നടത്താൻ ‘റീകൂപ്പർമാരെ’ നിയോഗിക്കും. ലഭിക്കുന്ന വായ്പ അന്നുതന്നെ തിരിച്ചടയ്ക്കണം.
ആയിരം രൂപയ്ക്ക് ഒരുദിവസത്തെ പലിശ വെറും ഒരു രൂപ മാത്രമായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പലിശ മുൻകൂറായി അടയ്ക്കണം.
നിലവിൽ വട്ടിപ്പലിശക്കാർ നൂറിന് പത്തുരൂപ വരെ ഈടാക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതി.
തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത സഹകരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കാണ് വായ്പ വിതരണം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്.
ഇതിനായി പ്രത്യേക മൊബൈൽ ആപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തത്സമയ വായ്പ അനുവദിക്കും.
പരീക്ഷണം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയായതോടെ വിതരണം ഉടൻ ആരംഭിക്കും.
ഓരോ പ്രദേശത്തും റീകൂപ്പർമാരെ നിയോഗിക്കുമെന്ന് സർക്കാർ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. നിക്ഷേപ-വായ്പ പിരിവുകാരെയും ഇതിനായി വിനിയോഗിക്കും.
വായ്പയുടെ തിരിച്ചടവിനുള്ള ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം റീകൂപ്പർമാർക്കായിരിക്കും. തിരിച്ചടവ് ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ കർശന നടപടികൾ ആവശ്യമാണെന്നതാണ് പ്രാഥമിക സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങളുടെ അഭിപ്രായം.
ഇതേപോലെ വഴിയോര കച്ചവടക്കാർക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ പി.എം സ്വനിധി പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 രൂപ വരെ വായ്പ നൽകുന്ന സംവിധാനം നിലവിലുണ്ട്.
