അമ്പലപ്പുഴ പാൽപായസം; ഉൽപാദനത്തിന്റെ അളവും വിലയും കൂട്ടി
ആലപ്പുഴ ∙ അമ്പലപ്പുഴ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണസ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ഭക്തർക്ക് പ്രസാദമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രശസ്തമായ അമ്പലപ്പുഴ പാൽപ്പായസത്തിന്റെ വില വർധിപ്പിക്കാൻ തിരുവിതാംകൂർ ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
ലിറ്ററിന് 160 രൂപയായിരുന്ന പാൽപ്പായസം ഇനി 240 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ലഭിക്കും. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച മുതൽ വിലവർധന പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നു.
പത്ത് വർഷത്തിന് ശേഷമാണ് പാൽപ്പായസത്തിന്റെ വില വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്നാണ് വില പരിഷ്കരിച്ചതെന്ന് ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് അറിയിച്ചു. അതോടൊപ്പം പാൽപ്പായസം ഉൽപാദനത്തിന്റെ അളവ് വർധിപ്പിക്കാനും തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഇതുവരെ പ്രതിദിനം 225 ലിറ്റർ പാൽപ്പായസമാണ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരുന്നത്. ഇനി മുതൽ ഇത് 300 ലിറ്ററായി ഉയർത്തും.
വ്യാജ പാൽപ്പായസ പായ്ക്കറ്റുകളുടെ വിതരണം തടയാൻ പ്രത്യേക സുരക്ഷാ സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കുമെന്നും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
പാൽപ്പായസത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യകത വർധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, അതിന്റെ പവിത്രതയും ഗുണനിലവാരവും നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിനായി ഹൈക്കോടതി നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരം ഇതുവരെ ഉൽപാദനം നിയന്ത്രിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്ന് ക്ഷേത്രം കൊയ്മ സ്ഥാനി വി. ജെ. ശ്രീകുമാർ പറഞ്ഞു.
ഭാവിയിൽ പാൽപ്പായസം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി ഓൺലൈൻ ബുക്കിംഗ് സംവിധാനം ഏർപ്പെടുത്താനും പദ്ധതി തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും, ഏതാനും ആഴ്ചകൾക്കുള്ളിൽ അത് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു.
