ന്യൂഡൽഹി: പാർലമെന്റ് മന്ദിരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങുന്നതിനിടെ പടിക്കെട്ടിൽ തെന്നിവീണ് കോൺഗ്രസ് എം.പി ശശി തരൂർ.
തൊട്ടുപിന്നിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന സമാജ്വാദി പാർട്ടി നേതാവ് അഖിലേഷ് യാദവും സുരക്ഷാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും ചേർന്നാണ് തരൂരിനെ ഉടൻ പിടിച്ചുയർത്തിയത്.
വീഴ്ചയിൽ പരിക്കുകളോ മറ്റ് ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നങ്ങളോ ഇല്ലെന്ന് ശശി തരൂർ അറിയിച്ചു.
ഇന്നലെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ലോക്സഭ ബഹളത്തെ തുടർന്ന് പിരിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം പുറത്തേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങുന്നതിനിടെയാണ് സംഭവം. ഫോൺ സംസാരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പടിക്കെട്ട് ഇറങ്ങുമ്പോഴായിരുന്നു തരൂർ തെന്നിവീണത്.
